Cutscene engine Version 1.8.0
This is a big update with lots of new functions and improvements that make using this engine faster and better
BIG CHANGES
- NEW SCRIPT: cutscene_dialogue_portrait() - It makes it easier to change the portrait sprite of the character during dialogue
- NEW SCRIPT: cutscene_draw_sprite() - Draws a sprite for a specified amount of seconds (Note that all the draw functions of cutscene engine use currently the DrawGUI event, so the position is relative to the view).
- NEW SCRIPT: cutscene_move_object_phy() - Move an object when it has physics enabled
- NEW SCRIPT: cutscene_dialogue_position() works finally - with it, you can change the position of the dialogue box, etc.
- Added a “settings area” to the control_cutscene object. There you can change the default settings of dialogue so that you don’t need to call some scripts every time. This can make making cutscenes with dialogue faster and cleaner.
LITTLE CHANGES
- Now it’s possible to use dialogue without using the style script first - If you do that, the default style will be used.
- Improved code formatting a little and edited/added some comments
- Updated manual
BUG FIXES
- Fixed animation bug
